Dr. Zhen Zhu has been invited to be a member of the Editorial Advisory Board of Indian Economic Journal. The Indian Economic Journal is the official journal of Indian Economic Association. Dr. Susanne Rassouli-Currier ‘s paper entitled:” Inefficiency in Higher Education: An Empirical Application to Peer Regional Universities” coauthored with Kevin M. Currier, has been accepted for publication in Southwestern Economic Review: Research Notes. Dr. Jeremy Oller has a single-authored book “The Economics of Sales Below Cost Laws” (ISBN 978-3-639-08584) to be published by VDM Publishing. Dr Mihai Nica of Department of Economics and International Business finished reviewing an article for the Journal of International Trade & Economic Development. He also refereed another paper for Current Issues in Education.  Dr. Zhen Zhu refereed an article for Energy Economics.  Drs. Oller and Hepner have an article “Incarceration: How Much Is Too Much?”  forthcoming in Crime & Punishment Oklahoma Style , ed. Michael Lapolla, The Oklahoma Academy, Oklahoma City, OK., Dr. Mohammad Shaaf presented, with Dr. Robert Curley as co-author, entitled “Designing An Interactive Program To Simulate Economic Growth Models For College Education” with The College Teaching & Learning Conference (TLC) The Clute Institute for Academic Research in Puerto Rico - San Juan, March 17-20, 2008.
